BELPRE-- William L. Bowman, 51, of Belpre, peacefully departed his earthly struggles and gained his heavenly wings on Monday, August 19th, 2024, surrounded by his family. Born in Parkersburg, WV. He was the son of Mary A. Bowman and the late John E. Bowman. He was a 1991 graduate of Warren High School. He was proudly a member of the International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators & Allied Workers Local 80.Bill married the love of his life July 1st, 2000, Melony Allen Bowman. Their marriage and relationship was a story of true enduring love and admired by so many. He was an outstanding father to his children and "Papa" to his grandchildren. He loved his family endlessly. He was a devoted son and brother. Bill loved the outdoors, especially if he was hunting or riding motorcycles with his boys, which include his boys in his heart, Ethan Lent and Mitchell Eddleblute.
