Kettering Dennis Clifford Jones Sr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 27, 2024, and is now with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.Dennis was born to John and Estella Jones in New Marshfield, Ohio, on December 2, 1939. In December 1956, at the age of 17, Dennis entered the U.S.A.F. and served in Guam. On February 4, 1962, he married Patsy, his wife of 62 years.Dennis worked for Rockwell International in Newark, Ohio, from 1972 to 1995 for 33 years. Known to his co-workers as "Deacon", he worked on the assembly lines and eventually as an inspector during his career in the Rockwell Truck and Axle division building, working with military and civilian multi-axle trucks. In addition to this lengthy career, Dennis was the Glouster Church of the Nazarene pastor before moving on to be a supply pastor.
